Girasole Trattoria was born from a moment of change in the neighborhood, when the closing of a beloved local restaurant left a real gap for both the community and its staff. What started as a response to that moment quickly became something more personal.
Inspired by family recipes and a deep connection to Italian traditions, Girasole was created as a place to gather, share, and enjoy honest food made with care.
Alongside it, Bar Goyana emerged as its sister concept, bringing a different energy to the same address. While Girasole centers around the table, Bar Goyana offers a more vibrant, social experience through cocktails and Brazilian-inspired bites.
Together, they reflect the same idea: creating spaces where people can connect, feel at home, and keep the neighborhood spirit alive.
